99% of the actors get their start as background extras and people with 0-1 lines in two-bit productions. Morgan Freeman? His first outing is a fucking solo performance of a song where he portrays count fucking Dracula.

I doubt it's his first role. Just his first major role was in the children's show The Electric Company.
