I think it's someone we don't know yet.

Or else maybe someone like Bonney, since she was taken by marines but shown in this chapter to still be alive on page 3. I think it's unlikely though.

I fucking laughed soooo damned hard when i saw buggy as a member of the shichibukai xD That is just priceless xD

Maybe the 7th is somebody we don't expect due to the fallout of the War.

I did the same that is awesome Buggy is probably one of the sidecharacter who manages to survive everything from the beginning to the end

From what I heard seems like the 7th is connected to the new movie. Something like he's the guy who cut off the arm of the villain of the movie(Zephyr aka. Z) So basically a completely new character

Hmm... interesting)) With new shichibukai, admirals and all of these new twists One Piece has regained almost all of the potential it had a long time ago! No more worries that it's nearing its end There's so much more new stuff to do - it can go on for another 20 years! WOOOOOOOOOOO!

P.S. btw is that new movie subbed yet?

OP will probably never end. Even if Oda dies he would just comeback as a ghost and keep going or something like that

as far as I know it's not subbed yet. I'm guessing it get subbed later this year
